NayaJaisa is a top-tier refurbished electronics retail brand co-founded by Roy George (Founder & Director) and Kavita Roy (Director) — with a strong existing market presence that includes ranking as a top 3 seller on Amazon. To reduce marketplace dependency and own their customer relationships directly, the leadership team set out to launch an independent direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce platform, and brought in TechnoWolves Services to build it.
Executive Summary
Backed by proven demand and an aggressive go-live target, NayaJaisa needed a high-performing Shopify store deployed under a strict 15-day timeline. TechnoWolves delivered a lightning-fast, highly customized e-commerce powerhouse that was fully operational and ready to process orders from day one — and has continued supporting it daily ever since.
The Challenge & Objectives
Launching a full D2C storefront for an already-established, high-volume seller comes with a very different risk profile than a typical new-brand launch. Four objectives defined the brief:
Aggressive Deadline
The platform needed to be conceptualized, designed, built, and launched within a demanding 15-day window to support strategic business objectives.
Complex Customization on a Base
While leveraging a standard Shopify theme for foundational speed and basic architecture, the client wanted a look and feel 90% distinct from the original template.
Cost Efficiency via Custom Code
To avoid recurring overheads from costly Shopify app subscriptions, advanced functionality needed to be built natively using custom code.
Operational Independence
The internal NayaJaisa team required comprehensive training to independently manage daily catalog updates, product uploads, and minor edits post-launch.
Solution & Execution
TechnoWolves mobilized an agile development strategy to conquer the tight deadline without compromising on quality, performance, or bespoke design.
Rapid Deployment Architecture
Rather than building the entire storefront from a blank canvas — which would have made the 15-day deadline unrealistic — we used a pre-vetted Shopify theme as a structural baseline. This accelerated time-to-market considerably while still retaining the flexibility required for deep customization on top of it.
Even the theme choice itself was engineered for cost efficiency: where Shopify's theme store sells comparable premium themes for around $400, we sourced and licensed the base theme for just $75 — a saving that went straight back into the client's budget before a single line of custom code was written.
Deep Custom Coding & Design Overhaul
From there, the base theme was treated purely as scaffolding. We customized every single element of the store — buttons, layout sections, core pages, and the entire product page experience — to the point where the final storefront is 90% unique from the original theme it started as.
We also implemented advanced custom coding solutions from scratch, successfully bypassing the need for numerous paid third-party apps. That meant features many stores rent monthly through the Shopify App Store — things like custom trust badges, configurator-style variant selection, and enhanced product tabs — were instead built natively into the theme code, saving the client hundreds of dollars in recurring monthly Shopify app subscriptions.
Day-One Readiness
Every product page — including full specs, configurable RAM/storage/warranty options, stock urgency indicators, and a "Free Live Video Demo Before Purchase" trust feature — was fully optimized and tested before launch, so the store was primed to take live orders immediately.
Empowerment Through Training
Launch day wasn't the finish line for the NayaJaisa team's independence. We ran hands-on training sessions with their internal staff, equipping them to seamlessly handle daily inventory management, product uploads, and minor front-end updates on their own — without needing to raise a ticket for routine changes.
"A 15-day deadline doesn't leave room for guesswork — every design and code decision had to be right the first time, because there was no time left for a second pass."
Ongoing Partnership: Support & Maintenance

Our development team handles continuous, real-time updates and custom feature requests on a live site safely and successfully, ensuring zero downtime and a frictionless shopping experience for every customer who lands on the store.
